GHP611 IP Phone

The Grandstream GHP611 is part of Grandstream’s GHP Series of compact hotel/hospitality phones, engineered for reliability, simplicity, and guest-friendly operation. With 2 SIP accounts/lines, 10 speed dial keys, and 3 programmable keys, it offers essential voice features in a manageable form factor.

For models with the “W” suffix (GHP611W), there is integrated dual-band Wi-Fi (2.4 GHz & 5 GHz) for flexible installations without needing wired Ethernet in every room. The phone supports 3-way audio conferencing, uses the full-band Opus codec, and has a jitter-resilience algorithm that handles up to ~30% packet loss without degrading voice quality.

The GHP611 is managed via Grandstream’s GDMS (Device Management System) for remote provisioning, monitoring, and firmware updates. Swappable faceplates allow customization, and it’s suitable for wall-mounting or desktop use. With enterprise security features like secure boot, encrypted data storage, and support for TLS/SRTP, it fits environments where reliability and privacy matter.
