The Grandstream GBX20 is an advanced extension module designed to expand the functionality of compatible Grandstream IP phones, including the GRP2615, GRP2624, GRP2650, GRP2670, GXV3350, and GXV3450. With a 4.3-inch color LCD screen, 20 programmable keys per page, and support for up to 40 contacts/extensions per module, the GBX20 is perfect for busy offices, receptionists, and call-handling teams.

For large-scale environments, up to 4 modules can be daisy-chained, giving users access to as many as 160 programmable keys. Each key can be customized with features such as BLF (Busy Lamp Field), call park/pickup, speed dial, presence, intercom, and more—delivering powerful call control at your fingertips.
